I reserve the right to refuse any commission.

Any plans to monetize a commission must be discussed before any work on said commission begins. My work is for non-commercial use otherwise.

I am happy to answer any questions not answered within these terms.

My base prices are the minimum unless specified otherwise. Complexity and excessive edits will raise the price accordingly.

Three free revisions are allotted to the commissioner, attempts to abuse this (Ex. Attempting to produce multiple sketches from a single commission) can result in a termination of the commission without refund.

Once details have been agreed upon from all parties, a commission officially begins.

I will sketch a pose with basic details of the character(s) involved and send to the commissioner for approval within 5 days of agreement, and (minimum) 50% upfront payment before continuing via paypal.

Major progress WIPs will be sent with watermarks or at lower resolution to account for possible changes made during the process.

Once linework begins, major edits to the commission will no longer be accepted unless stated otherwise.

Full payment will be expected BEFORE the final piece is sent to the commissioner.

Profiting off of, claiming credit of creation of, usage in NFTs or AI, and licensing of any of my works will be considered copyright infringement.

I reserve the right to display commissioned works as examples unless discussed otherwise.

Paypal is currently the only way to pay me for commissions. An invoice will be sent to the commissioner's paypal email once a pose is sent.

Money will only be accepted once terms and details of the commission are agreed upon by all parties.

I am willing to be flexible or set up payment plans for more expensive commissions with proper communication in advance.

A refund is permitted for any of the following stages of work unless stated otherwise:

80% refund if a pose has been sent.

50% refund if significant sketch progress is done.

25% refund if linework is in process.

No refunds will be given beyond the completed linework stage under any circumstance.

Any other refunds are able to be discussed but are not guaranteed.
